Charlotte Simmons will guide you through a mesmerising sound bath, where healing frequencies from crystal singing bowls wash over you, encouraging release from physical and emotional tension, starting with a 10-minute restorative breathwork meditation followed by a journey with Crystal Sound Bowls, Chimes, Shamanic Drum, Tibetan Bowls, and other instruments, ending with music.

"Hi everyone I’m Charlotte and I've been on a long journey of self-discovery!
It all started when I launched my first business at just 23 years old, raised money through crowdfunding and got accepted onto a business accelerator.
